| Besides the advanced design for our products, we also have the unique technology for production, now we have the World First Automated Eutectic Welding LED Packaging Assembly Line, which assures our high production capacity, as all the LED Packing will be done by the machine automatically, and we just need do the final assembly. |
Besides that we use the Automated Eutectic Welding LED Packing, BBE LED also adopt the Automatic Welding, we use Reflow Soldering Technology, all the LED can be welded on the board at the same time, which insures the wielding quality to be caused by the hand wielding, and gives a larger quantity production capacity, as we only need very few workers to do the final assembly and test, then the qualified final products can be packaged directly. |

| Before making the final LED Traffic Signal Lights, we will do aging test for the Semi-finished Product – LED Board, only passed this test, it can be sent for next process to assemble the LED Module. Normally, we will keep a passed LED Modules in stock to ensure we have enough time for the large quantity orders, because we only need to assemble the LED Module with the Traffic Housing. Of course, we will take the aging test one more time before delivery. |
Same with the LED Traffic Signal Light Module, BBE LED Bulbs will also take aging test with no less than 72 hours for the Semi-finished Product, and then we will stick our patent designed lens on each bulb. Normally we will produce no less than 5,000 bulbs at one time to ensure it has less color temperature difference and control the color temperature difference in a narrow range. Also this is a nice solution for giving you a very quick leading for some sample orders or trail orders. |
